MCA Lead Buyer Agreement

This Buyer Agreement governs the purchase and use of MCA lead files supplied by A&A Prestige.

1. Eligibility. Buyer represents that it is a legitimate MCA shop, ISO, broker, or funding company operating in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Confidentiality. Buyer shall not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly disclose merchant records, contact information, bank statements, or supporting documents. Leads and documents are for internal underwriting and outreach by Buyer only.

3. Sample Allocation. The free sample allocation (up to three redacted sample files) is limited to one per approved company and is subject to available inventory.

4. Replacement Policy. A completed lead may be eligible for replacement if it is missing required fields, missing all three bank statements, or a confirmed duplicate previously delivered by A&A Prestige. Replacement requests must be submitted through the buyer message center within a reasonable time of delivery.

5. No Guarantee. A&A Prestige does not guarantee funding outcomes, contact rates, or interest levels.

6. Suspension. A&A Prestige may suspend or terminate any account that violates this Agreement.
