A&A Prestige respects the privacy of buyers and merchants represented in our lead files. We collect only the business information necessary to operate the Lead Vault platform.

Buyer information: Company name, contact name, email, phone, role, state, and website are collected to verify eligibility and provide secure delivery.

Merchant data: Business information, contact information, revenue data, funding requests, and bank statements are collected from sources that authorize such collection and are delivered only to approved buyers under our Buyer Agreement.

Security: All merchant documents are stored in encrypted private storage and delivered via signed, time-limited URLs restricted to the assigned buyer.

Retention: Buyer and delivery records are retained for as long as necessary to meet business, legal, and compliance obligations.
