By registering for or using the A&A Prestige MCA Lead Vault, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the MCA Lead Buyer Agreement.

Access is restricted to verified MCA shops, ISOs, brokers, and funding companies. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse, resale, or unauthorized disclosure of leads or merchant documents.

A&A Prestige is not a lender, MCA funder, or broker. Lead quality, availability, and document completeness may vary. All sales are subject to the Buyer Agreement's replacement and refund provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts having jurisdiction over A&A Prestige.
